I’ve found the sneakers I want but can’t select my size

 

If you're having trouble selecting your size, it's likely because the size you're looking for is currently out of stock. Please check the product page for availability or contact our customer service team to inquire about restocking or alternative options.

Has my order been sent yet ?

 

You will receive an email update when your order has been shipped, usually within 24-72 hours. You can also track the status of your order through the tracking link provided in your shipping confirmation email. If you have any concerns or questions, please contact our customer service team with your order number on WhatsApp 0722368622 or email guruyse@gmail.com with your order number and we'll be happy to assist you.

Part of my order is missing

 

If you're missing an item from your order, please contact our customer service team on WhatsApp 0722368622 or email guruyse@gmail.com, within 3 days of receiving the order. Provide your order number and the missing item's details, and we'll investigate and resolve the issue promptl

We accept the following payment methods:

- Credit/Debit cards via iKhokha
- EFT to our Capitec account (details provided at checkout)
- Cash on Delivery (available only in Bloemfontein)

Can I track my order ?

 

​Yes, you can track your order. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status of your order on the webitse of our shipping partner The Courier Guy. Do you have Return & Shipping policy?

 

Returns should be done within 3 working days after delivery.

Returns will only be considered if the product is still in an unused condition. 

  • We do not refund!!! We offer exchanges.

  • We only cover return costs if we made the mistake of sending you the wrong pair/size.

  • We will only consider refund, if we do not have your size in stock.

I forgot to use my discount code

 

If you forgot to use your discount code, please contact our customer service team within 24 hours of placing your order. We'll be happy to assist you with applying the discount, if possible.

Delivery - How much is it and how long does it take?

 

Delivery is free nationwide in South Africa. We deliver directly to your address via The Courier Guy. In cases where delivery to your address is not possible, our customer service team will contact you to arrange an alternative delivery solution. Delivery usually takes 4-5 working days
